We are currently searching for a Production Supervisor to join our team at our Sidney Plant in Sidney, OH. This is a 3rd shift position; 3rd shift production hours are 10:45 PM 6:45 AM.What you will do:Provides direct supervision to manufacturing personnel in a union environment to ensure that safety, quality, productivity, schedule, and delivery goals are met on a daily basisParticipates and drives continuous improvement plans to make quality products, reduce costs, and follow good manufacturing practices (GMP)Coaches, teaches, and motivates team members to reach a common goalInvestigates safety-related incidents and completes appropriate reportsAnalyzes manpower and equipment availability and makes appropriate adjustments to maximize productivity and minimize problems (external and internal)Completes daily reportsInvestigates problems and issues disciplineInvestigates and resolves employee complaintsMaintains good housekeepingMaintains employees' time records on a daily basis using CeridianOther Duties as AssignedWhat you will gain as a part of the Auria Team:An opportunity to enroll in full medical, dental and vision plan.
