If you are interested in this Specialty Infusion Services Pharmacist position, please contact Lindsay at 5867107959 or LKOPASZ@ALINESTAFFING.com Specialty Infusion Services Pharmacist Compensation The pay for this position is $64.27 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match i s available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Specialty Infusion Services Pharmacist Highlights · This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm or 12:30pm–8:00pm based on business needs; overtime may be required and there is no set closing shift time Specialty Infusion Services Pharmacist Responsibilities · Accept and dispense prescription medications accurately Monitor patient medication compliance and over-usage patterns Ensure pharmacy operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and pharmacy files Provide patient counseling on medication usage, dosage, storage, side effects, and interactions Answer patient questions regarding prescription and non-prescription medications Compound medications for internal and external use Prepare sterile solutions following proper procedure Supervise pharmacy staff including technicians and clerks Maintain appropriate inventory of pharmaceutical and medical supplies Identify drug-related problems and collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers Monitor and clean sterile compounding areas Ensure competency of staff performing sterile compounding (cleaning, garbing, testing, training, procedures) Ensure compliance with USP 797 and USP 800 standards Specialty Infusion Services Pharmacist Requirements · Active Pharmacist license issued by the State Board of Pharmacy Experience with sterile compounding Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a regulated environment Ability to supervise staff and work in a fast-paced setting High School Diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Specialty Infusion Services Pharmacist Preferred Qualifications · Previous experience in specialty infusion or hospital pharmacy setting Familiarity with USP 797 and USP 800 compliance standards If you think this Specialty Infusion Services Pharmacist position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me - feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
