Job Description Mancan is working with a company in Berlin seeking experienced maintenance technicians for 1st and 2nd shift. This is a temp to hire opportunity. Pay is based on experience, between $20-$25 per hour with a $1 shift differential for 2nd shift.The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.1st shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm2nd shift: Monday-Friday, 4pm-midnightMust be available to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays.Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance on molding presses and other production equipment- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to identify and resolve issues quickly- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsQualifications- Prior experience as an industrial maintenance technician- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems- Experience working with molding presses or similar machinery preferred- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasksMancan offers our temporary employees full benefits such as paid vacations, holidays, 401K, as well as vision, dental, and medical.
