Program Security Representative Join us in our fast-paced support to the Space Development Agency (SDA). Recognized as the Department of Defense's constructive disruptor for space acquisition, SDA delivers space-based capabilities to the joint warfighter to support terrestrial missions through development, fielding, and operation of the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture. SDA capitalizes on a unique business model that values speed and lowers costs by harnessing commercial development to achieve a proliferated architecture and enhance resilience. We are seeking a Program Security Representative to support SDA's mission. Responsibilities include: Provide daily multi-discipline analysis for one or more of the client's SCI, SAP, and collateral activities. Ensure strict adherence to the provisions of the NISPOM, its Supplement, the DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy. Assist in developing and executing approved policies and procedures for safeguarding SCI, SAP, and collateral data in support of US military operations, including Security Classification Guides. Provide daily security support that includes continuous assessment of procedures to identify shortfalls and provide appropriate recommendations for revising and improving security policies, procedures, and systems; draft Standard Operation Procedures. Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operational activities. Conduct Program Protection Plan reviews and coordination to ensure OPSEC protections for Critical Program Information. Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on facility reviews, and facility close-outs, and monitor, report and track all corrective actions resulting from compliance reviews. Conduct exploration of any loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified and/or sensitive information, including conducting preliminary inquiries and generating damage assessments resulting from the loss of classified information. Bachelor's degree is required. Top Secret clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility and willingness to take a CI if required. 5-10 years related experience required. Must have strong written and verbal communications skills and be willing to actively communicate with co-workers, program leadership, and clients, which may involve delivering presentations.
