The ideal candidate will leverage CMMS technology, particularly HIPPO CMMS, to optimize maintenance workflows and drive operational excellence.Maintenance Operations ManagementDevelop, implement, and oversee comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtimeLead and manage the maintenance team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of maintenance technicians and support staffEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance operations, including equipment uptime, mean time between failures (MTBF), and maintenance costsCoordinate with production management to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to manufacturing operationsRespond to emergency breakdowns and implement rapid response protocols to restore operations quickly and safelyCMMS and Technology ManagementServe as the primary administrator for HIPPO CMMS, ensuring accurate data entry, work order management, and system optimizationUtilize CMMS to track maintenance history, analyze failure trends, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvementDevelop and maintain comprehensive equipment databases, including technical specifications, maintenance procedures, and spare parts inventoriesGenerate regular reports on maintenance activities, costs, and equipment performance for senior management reviewEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Journeyman, Tradesman, or technical college graduate.Working knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and previous supervisory experience essential.10+ years or more related experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
