Role:Global Operations & Governance Lead LOCATION : DALLAS, TEXASFORTUNE 100 COMPANY The Opportunity: Global Operations & Governance Lead Are you a strategic leader who thrives at the intersection of contract negotiation, stakeholder management, and digital transformation? In this pivotal role, you will be the primary architect of a multi-layered global partnership, ensuring our service delivery remains agile, high-performing, and aligned with long-term business goals. What You Will Do Drive Strategic Governance: Lead the high-stakes change order process and contract negotiations with Managed Service Provider (MSP) leadership. You’ll own the entire governance lifecycle, orchestrating everything from bi-weekly operations to annual strategic summits. Champion Performance & Analytics: Lead a dedicated cross-functional team of 8 experts. You will oversee global performance metrics and lead quarterly analytics reviews that shape the operational direction for our core business segments. Be a Digital Visionary: Act as the Product Owner for our ServiceNow (Finance@work) platform. You will bridge the gap between customer needs and technical execution, coordinating with IT, Project Management, and Change Management teams to deploy world-class solutions. Build Executive Relationships: Serve as the key consultant and relationship manager for global stakeholders, ensuring our services consistently exceed the expectations of our business leaders. What You Bring Global Perspective: An innate ability to navigate the complexities of the international marketplace and apply a global lens to local challenges. Strategic Planning: The expertise to balance immediate tactical needs (1–2 years) with visionary, long-term business strategies (3–5 years). Consultative Leadership: A proven track record of providing high-level guidance, finding creative solutions, and articulating a vision that motivates teams to superior performance. Stakeholder Mastery: Advanced skills in identifying needs, managing expectations, and building consensus across diverse, high-level leadership teams.
