Hours: 6AM - 2:30PM Monday - Friday Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 / HourWhat You'll Do:Build machines from the ground up: hydraulics, plumbing, cylinders, sensorsRun conduit, wire machines, assemble control panels & power unitsMIG weld structural componentsSolder circuit boards & assemble componentsStart up, troubleshoot, and debug complete machinesPerform full quality checks and hold high standardsRead blueprints precisely and meet production deadlinesWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience building/custom assembling automated machinery, hydraulics, electrical panels, or similarStrong hands-on mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsComfortable with: hydraulic plumbing, electrical wiring/conduit, panel building, structural MIG weldingAble to read blueprints and use hand/power tools effectivelyDetail-oriented, quality-focused, safety-minded
