Engineering Project/Program Manager
Overview:
As Defense Program Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of military GPS and PNT solutions, bridging hardware and software engineering with defense partners. You'll serve as the primary liaison to Air Force, Navy, and Army stakeholders, drive cross-functional teams, and own program execution from planning to delivery. The role emphasizes strategic customer engagement, disciplined processes, and scalable program management to support critical defense capabilities. Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary strategic voice and customer liaison for military clients across Air Force, Navy, and ArmyLead cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams through full product development lifecycle
- Own total program execution including schedule, risk, and financial performance; manage baseline integrations
- Drive process discipline and scale the military GPS and PNT portfolio
- Oversee contractual and technical documentation deliverables (SDRL/CDRL)
- Key requirements4 to 7 years of proven program management experience leading complex hardware and software projects
- Experience managing full product development lifecycles in defense, aerospace, or high-reliability manufacturing
- Strong customer-facing experience balancing technical demands with internal capacity
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPointU.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Security Clearance
