ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Repair, maintain and make improvements to all tools and fixturesDemonstrates ability to use all hand measurement tools.Assist technical services in machine repair, change over, set up and operation as requiredSafely operate all tool room equipment inclusive of Bridgeport mill, lathe, surface grinder, etc.Have abilities to assemble and disassemble tooling, dies and gaugesTrouble shoot and resolve tooling problemsWork with various materials such as tool steels, plastics, aluminum, and copperMust have or acquire personal tools to perform job assignmentDemonstrates ability to read and interpret tooling drawingsQualifications And RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
