Role Description The Luxury Suite Owner will operate their personal beauty business within a private, fully equipped luxury suite at Empowered Essence Salon. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional client services, maintaining a professional and welcoming suite environment, and managing the business aspects of their operations, such as scheduling and inventory. Suite Owners will also have the opportunity to actively contribute to a collaborative and supportive community of professionals. This is an on-site role located in Georgetown, TX. Qualifications Proven skills in areas such as hairstyling, cosmetology, esthetics, nail artistry, or other beauty servicesBusiness management skills, including scheduling, inventory management, and client relationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain positive client and team relationshipsAbility to create and sustain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspaceAttention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, personalized servicesRelevant professional licenses or certifications required by law for the chosen serviceEntrepreneurial mindset and motivation to manage an independent businessPrior experience in a beauty industry setting is strongly preferred
