These minimum requirements should be referred to as a guide, rather than a limitation to, the services required to maintain a building effectively. Staff will be required to perform the necessary work to maintain the optimum level of cleanliness in every building or worksite serviced by Guardian Professional Services.Essential FunctionsFloor & Project Technicians will maintain all types of floor areas through the process of stripping/refinishing hard surface floors and shampooing carpeted areas.Responsibilities:Cleans and sanitizes after emergency spill clean-up requestsChange Shampoo to ExtractsInspect and ensure that all assigned areas are properly cleaned and in good repair, reporting all problems to the supervisorShampoo assigned carpeted areasMaintain all assigned equipment, keep equipment clean and in good repair, report all problems and suggestions to the supervisorComply with all Company policies and proceduresFollow all safety and sanitation regulations, reporting problems to the shift supervisorRemove all soil, wax, and sealer from assigned hard-surface floorsUses chemicals and solutions as directed by Tech ManualNon-Carpeted AreasEmpty waste baskets and replace liners as neededSweep and spot mop tile floorsComplete damp mop tile floorsDust/clean cleared desks and surfaces of tablesMiscellaneousMust keep janitor’s closet neat and orderlyEquipment (such as vacuums) must be properly maintained at all timesPayrate: $15.50/hrJob Type: Full-time - Wednesday- Sunday 10:00pm-6:30am Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Employee discountHealth insuranceOpportunities for advancementPaid training
