Remote ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our client'steam in a ServiceNow Developer role. In this position, you will play a key rolein implementing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, drivingbusiness process automation, and delivering seamless IT services managementsolutions to improve efficiency across various business functions.Key Responsibilities:Participate in the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.Design and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (IT Service Management), ITAM (IT Asset Management), and others based on business needs.Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies.Implement workflows, business rules, and automation to streamline processes and improve user experience.Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and other ServiceNow professionals to align solutions with organizational goals.Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions. Ensure that best practices and ITIL frameworks are followed.Assist with upgrades, patches, and new releases to ensure platform stability and enhancement of functionality.Provide training and support to end users.Important Details –Interview Process:Microsoft teams. No relocationallowed.100% remote within the State of Wisconsin.
