Job SummaryTurnkey Computer Systems is the premier provider of accounting and management solutions to the feedyard industry. The Client Technology Specialist is responsible for providing customer support, facilitating training, performing software testing, and maintaining applicable documentation in a professional and timely manner.Essential FunctionsTo perform this job successfully, an employee must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation. To request a reasonable accommodation, notify Human Resources or the manager who oversees the position.Guides customers in the functionality and custom use of their Turnkey software using online and/or on-site training methodsResponds to incoming customer issues via phone, email and/or chat sessions and ensures timely resolution and appropriate follow-upProvides training and information on the software offerings of the company in response to customer needs and inquiriesMaintains accurate software documentation and provide customers with new information for the software productsMaintains technical expertise and proficiency with all related and relevant software and computer systems.Performs software testing and document resultsCommunicates professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholdersFollows established department and company processes and proceduresPerforms other duties as assignedJob QualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Ag-Business/Ag-Ed; or minimum of three (3) years of comparable professional experienceStrong technical acumen including proven experience with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong verbal, written, and listening communication skillsEffective problem-solving skills, especially around technical mattersStrong interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing prioritiesAbility to absorb new ideas and concepts quicklySelf-starter with a focus on continuous improvementPreferred QualificationsAccounting or feedyard accounting experience Turnkey experience Working ConditionsPhysical DemandsOperating a computer or other office devices for the majority of the workdayMay occasionally need to move packages up to 10 pounds such as office supplies or equipmentMust be able to communicate with others in person, over the phone, and in writing. Must be able to understand and effectively exchange accurate information with others such as coworkers, customers and vendorsMust be able to read and interpret various electronic and written documents.Environmental FactorsThis position is in an office environment in which team members occupy desks in assigned areas or at meeting/collaboration spaces within the building. The building’s primary work areas consist of desks, chairs, computers and other office equipment and devices for professional services.Travel and On-callThis role requires regional and other travel to customer sites, and to be on-call when necessary for business needs.The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount would be based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $53,500.00 - $65,500.00
