Assistant PrincipalHolds a valid Tennessee license with an endorsement for Administrator/Supervisor at the appropriate levelAs a school administrator, must collaborate with and support professional staff to meet school wide goals for student achievement, gap closure, and attendanceMust model a personal commitment to continuous improvement and a culture conducive to excellence in teaching and learningMust model school-wide beliefs in professional learning and growthMust assist the principal in operating the school in accordance with established policyMust assist in the evaluation of school personnelMust assist in enforcing the school code of conduct, testing and assessment programs, preparation of student and class schedules, assist all custodial, cafeteria, and other support services, assist in all curriculum mattersMust assist in the maintenance of the school building and campusAssist parents through prompt communication and support for the purpose of impacting and improving students' academic performanceAssist Principal as assigned
