This role is Full-time varied schedule night Shift: 3 x 12-hour shifts, 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. We offer great pay based on experience! Works with the unit leadership to ensure Mental Health Technicians have current competencies and skills to perform their work.Performs other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Education: High School or GEDExperience: Two years of experience as a Mental Health Technician 1 or Clinical Technician 1 at Inova Health System and/or two years as psychiatric technician at another facility.Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association- upon startPreferred Qualifications:Clinical/Medical/Behavioral backgroundAbout UsWe are Inova, Northern Virginia's leading nonprofit healthcare provider.
