This is a temporary-to-hire position with a duration of 6 months, offering you the opportunity to work on-site and contribute to groundbreaking research in molecular and cellular biology.Job OverviewAs an Associate Scientist, you will play a crucial role in testing samples, drafting methods, and reporting data under cGMP regulatory guidance for Large Molecules/Biologics product development and stability studies. You will perform laboratory testing using techniques such as mammalian cell culture, in vitro cell-based assays, ELISA assays, molecular biology, kinetic binding assessment, and flow cytometry.Essential FunctionsRead and follow Standard Operating Procedures with keen attention to detail.Train on selected methods and perform ad-hoc sample testing under cGMP.Apply basic scientific and laboratory concepts related to testing.Ensure thorough documentation to meet regulatory compliance.Adhere to safety and compliance procedures for laboratory equipment.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or Physical Science field.Basic knowledge of principles and concepts in Biology, Chemistry, or Biochemistry.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Well-organized with the ability to multitask and adapt to a flexible work schedule.Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.PreferencesPrevious laboratory or research experience is advantageous but not required.Ready to make a significant impact in the field of molecular and cellular biology?
