Required Skills & ExperienceExperience/Education:Bachelor’s degree + 5 years relevant experience, ORMaster’s degree + 3 years relevant experience, ORPhD/JD + 0 years, ORHigh School Diploma + 9 years relevant experience-Experience with military C4I systems, including operational integration and system administration-Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve C4I system issues in support of live training or war gaming events-Experience with Windows system administration-Familiarity with virtualized environments, account management, and end-user support-Experience implementing system upgrades, configuration changes, and security patches while maintaining operational continuity-Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret-Strong written and verbal communication skills-Proficiency with Microsoft Office toolsJob DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a C2 Operator.Key Responsibilities-Serve as the C2 Systems Integrator and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for NSWC Corona-supported LVC training events-Support the integration of warfighting and simulation systems to enable Marine Corps training objectives-Collaborate closely with the LVC Mission --Coordinator to identify and resolve technical and operational issues-Assist in leveraging LVC capabilities to align with training program goals and mission requirements-Provide recommendations on system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations to ensure alignment with technical standards-Coordinate with MTEN, NCTE, and Joint LVC (JLVC) teams to support training event planning, execution, and system integration-Participate in coordinating personnel, systems, and infrastructure required for both local and distributed training events
