Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Home Care Concepts is seeking a candidate for an Administrative Assistant position to serve as the first point of contact, in person and via phone.
The administrative assistance is responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations of the office. Capable of undertaking a variety of office support tasks and working diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. This candidate will also be trained as a backup caregiver or in another relevant administrative role.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Overseeing Clerical tasks.
Date entry.
Maintaining files.
Welcome visitors to the office.
Verify Backgrounds
Training Caregivers on how to clock in and out
Taking messages and communicating it to the appropriate staff
Assisting with new hiring application process
Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees.
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
Organize an office and assist in ways that optimize procedures.
Requirements:
High school Diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual English/Spanish.
Proven experience as office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional phone skills.
Able to multitask.
Clean background check and valid Driver's License.
