Account Support Agent

We are looking for an Account Support Agent to enter information into our databases from various resources and provide excellent customer service to our participants and clients! The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database. The schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday from 7:00am to 4:00pm and Friday from 7:00am - 3:00pm. Responsibilities Answer phone calls and respond to emails and voicemails in a timely manner Transfer data from various formats/resources into database systems Type in data provided directly from customers Create and edit spreadsheets Verify data by comparing it to source documents Update existing data Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested Sort and organize documents after entering data to ensure it is not lost Skills Experience in data entry Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel etc.) Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware Excellent written and verbal customer service skills Great attention to detail Ability to multitask and organize job assignments Team oriented and willingness to help team members as needed High school degree or equivalent About Peak One Peak One offers a fun work environment, paid time off, 9 paid holidays and 100% employer paid benefits for full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, LTD and STD.
