Adecco Creative partnered with a software development firm to hire a Senior GTM Recruiter.This 6-12 month, remote W2 contract pays $50-55/hr. You must work EST hours. We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment across our US, GTM Team. This role will manage full life cycle recruiting for GTM roles within the US. You’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent that drives growth.This is a full life cycle recruitment role in a fast-growing SaaS environment, ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, autonomy, and making an impact through great hiring.What You’ll Do:● Own the end-to-end hiring process for US, GTM functions— from intake to offerensuring speed, quality, and an outstanding candidate experience.● Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top performers in the SaaSecosystem, including direct sourcing, networking, talent mapping, and referrals.● Work closely with leadership and the People Team to align hiring plans with businessgoals. Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights, candidate recommendations,and hiring best practices.● Deliver a high-touch, inclusive, and transparent experience at every stage —representing our brand with professionalism and care.● Partner with the broader TA team to strengthen our presence in each talent market andposition the company as an employer of choice in SaaS.● Stay on top of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiringstrategies to inform leadership decisions.What You’ll Bring● Full-cycle recruiting experience, with experience hiring a variety of roles in aSaaS or tech company.● Proven track record in understanding multiple talent markets, ideally with experiencehiring across multiple countries.● Strong sourcing and networking skills (LinkedIn Recruiter expertise essential).● Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and influence hiring outcomes.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — credible, consultative, andcollaborative.● Data-driven mindset; comfortable using metrics to guide strategy and decisions.● Experience with Workday or similar ATS is a plus.Fine print:This is a W2 position.Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
