Executive Assistant and Data Analyst
*Position Summary:*
The Data Analyst provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior executive leadership. This role requires an experienced professional who combines exceptional organizational skills with strong analytical capabilities, technological proficiency, and sound business judgment. The Data Analyst serves as a trusted partner to leadership by managing complex schedules, coordinating communications, overseeing vendor relationships, and delivering data-driven insights through reporting and dashboard management. The ideal candidate brings a proactive mindset, a high degree of discretion, and demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness across executive operations
*Essential Functions:*
*Reporting & Data Analysis*
* Run, compile, and distribute recurring and ad hoc operational and business reports using internal systems and data platforms
* Review and analyze reports to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, providing leadership with clear, actionable summaries and insights
* Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards that surface key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics in real time
* Partner with relevant team members to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency
*Vendor Management*
* Serve as the primary point of contact for designated vendors and external service providers
* Manage vendor contracts, SOWs, and renewals, ensuring timely review and escalation as needed
* Track vendor performance and maintain thorough documentation of agreements, invoices, and correspondence
* Coordinate vendor onboarding, communications, and issue resolution in alignment with company policies
*Required Qualifications and Skills:*
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Administrative role supporting senior leadership
* Demonstrated experience running, analyzing, and presenting business reports and data
* Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
* Hands-on experience with AI tools and productivity platforms preferred (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar)
* Experience with data visualization and dashboard platforms strongly preferred
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Absolute discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
* Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
