INTERVIEW= Onsite / VirtualJOB TYPE= OnsiteScope of WorkThe Vendor's employee (hereinafter "Consultant ) shall perform the following under Contract in the completion of the project:4.1 Follow Department IT processes and coordinate with other Department ITstaff to ensure compliance with Department standards.4.2 Integrally involved in the development and support of allInternet/Intranet/Extranet sites and supporting systems.4.3 Works closely with other IT groups and customers to define the systemdesign and user interface based on customer needs and objectives.4.4 Ensures the integration of the Web servers and all other supporting systems.4.5 Responsible for system tuning, optimization of information/data processing,maintenance and support of the production environment.4.6 Participate in the analysis of current system(s) to gain an understanding ofinputs and outputs.4.7 Participate in the analysis of the current system to gain an understanding ofthe inputs and outputs.4.8 Mentor junior developer team members.4.9 Attend and participate in all project related meetings and assuringmeeting notes are produced and distributed, as necessary.4.10 Correspond (verbally and in writing) with project team and internalstakeholders regarding project activities, deliverables, and status.4.11 Participate in code reviews.4.12 Server as subject matter expert.4.13 Recommend best practices in solution architecture and Web/Internet development.4.14 This project does not require travel outside of Tallahassee, FloridaTasks5.1 Services Provided by the DepartmentTo assist in the successful delivery of services, the Department will provide the following:5.1.1 Workspace, network access and a computer workstation.5.1.2 Direction and approval for completion of tasks and deliverables,including timeframes, shall be provided and overseen by theDepartment's designated Contract Manager and/or ProgramManager.5.1.3 Department's designated Contract Manager and/or ProgramManager will be responsible for the approval of all tasks,activities and deliverables.Required Qualifications:" 4 to 6 year of IT work experience in systems analysis,development and engineering in an online environment." Knowledge of and experience with State of Florida informationtechnology standards and processes." Proficient with Microsoft C#.Net, MVC, JQuery, and Responsive Design." Proficient Experience with Test Driven Design and UnitTesting methodology." Experience with Microsoft SQL Server." Experience with Oracle." Experience with Microsoft Azure." Experience with Visual Studio 2012 and later." Experience using HTML." Experience working in a Waterfall and/or Agile development environment." Strong communication and validation skills." Experience with IT systems and processes, methodologies and theirdirect implementation to projects." Experience working on multiple projects as a project leader orfrequently as the subject matter expert." Goals-oriented proactive team player with the demonstrated ability tomulti- task and prioritize in a fast-paced professional environment." Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to garner supportfrom a wide variety of stakeholders." Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills that canmake independent decisions within area of responsibility andexpertise.5.2.2 Preferred Qualifications:" Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio."
