Construction Framer

Overview We are seeking skilled and dedicated Construction Framers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in framing and related construction activities, with an understanding of various building techniques and safety protocols. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from Residential Remodels, Luxury New Builds and some larger commercial projects as well. Duties Frame residential structures: walls, floors, roofs, and sheathing Layout and build walls, set openings, install headers, and square/brace walls Install sheathing, blocking, backing, and hardware/straps as required Read basic plans and follow layout/specs (or work from foreman direction) Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently Keep job sites clean and follow safety procedures Requirements Perform roofing, siding, siding installation, and trim carpentry as needed Assist with remodeling and restoration projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship Manage heavy lifting tasks safely using appropriate equipment Work outdoors in Florida conditions Maintain a clean and organized work site adhering to safety regulations Work as part of a crew to meet schedule and quality standards Good to have (not required) Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans Experience with roof framing and setting trusses What we offer: Steady, year-round work Opportunity for growth Overtime available as workload requires Willingness to train Join our team as a Construction Framer if you are passionate about building high-quality structures with precision craftsmanship.
