Electrical Test Technician

LAUNCH Defense is seeking Test Technicians. The Environmental Test Technician I supports execution of environmental testing activities including thermal vacuum, vibration, shock, and acoustic testing. This role operates under general supervision while performing test setup, execution, and documentation. The Technician I is expected to have foundational hands-on experience and the ability to execute standard tests with guidance, while continuing to build technical depth and troubleshooting capability. This position plays a critical role in ensuring product integrity, safety, and compliance with aerospace and regulatory standards. _*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION*_ * *1 Year of Electrical - Mechanical Experience* * Basic computer skills * Must be able to document findings, send emails, pull work orders, etc. * Physical Requirements: basic lifting, bending, etc – 25 pounds/Standing for entirety of shift. * Work Environment: close to a clean room and temp controlled – PPE is worn – booties over tennis shoes, hair and beard guards, safety glasses.
