Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Material Handler position in Sandusky, MI This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Material Handler while learning new ones to assist you in your career.Perks:· Shift: Monday through Thursday-4:30 p.m.-3:00 a.m.Friday (OT)-2:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m.Saturday (OT)-11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.· Weekly paycheck· Pay: $ 17.36 Per Hour· Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling coursesResponsibilities· Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing orders to sales associates for processing· Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped· Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as neededRequirements· High school or GED· Must meet the specific requirements for operating the Hi-Lo and Wave 60 Lift Machine.· While performing duties may be required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, bend, twist or lift, up to 45 pounds.· May be required to work more than 8 hours in a day or 40 hours in a week based on departmental needsThis role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
