(1h30 from Raleigh, NC)Easy access to the beautiful beaches of North Carolina!Contact: Raymond StilesDescription:Family Medicine PhysicianThis group has clinic locations in Greenville, Wilson, Tarboro, Windsor, and the Outer BanksState-of-the art clinics constructed in 2018Live near the beaches of North CarolinaPractice specialists include: Primary Care, Neurology, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Nephrology, Neurosurgery, Thoracic Surgery, Pediatric Surgery, Dermatology, and Infectious DiseaseServices on-site include: cardiac pulmonary rehab, respiratory therapy, moderate complexity lab, x-rays, mammography, ultrasound, ECHO, and retail pharmacyMonday Friday schedule, outpatient onlyNo CallAssess, maintain, and improve the health status of individuals in the communities served through timely access to evidence-based acute, preventive, and chronic disease care.Serve as a role model of professionalism to all members of the interdisciplinary health care team. Collaborates with all other practitioners and clinical support staff to form a high performing team.Documents all patient care activities and services provided in the electronic health record.
