The Buyers Agent will assist clients in finding and purchasing properties that meet their needs and preferences. Key responsibilities include conducting property searches, scheduling and attending property showings, advising clients on market conditions, and preparing necessary documents such as purchase offers and contracts. Additionally, the Buyers Agent will provide exceptional customer service while developing and maintaining strong client relationships. Qualifications Possession of a valid Real Estate LicenseExperience in Residential Real Estate and Buyer RepresentationStrong Customer Service and Sales skillsKnowledge of real estate market trends and property valuationExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentProficiency in relevant real estate software and toolsExperience in the local Berwyn, IL real estate market is a plus
