PPCC Specialist

PPCC Specialist Job Category: Operations / Manufacturing Full-Time On-site TG Kentucky, LLC Lebanon, KY 40033, USA Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Receive, file and distribute New Parts Notices. Interface with customers as a company window for all Pre-Production requests including capacity surveys and orders. Tacking and evaluating new program progress with all departments. Ensure a smooth launch as the ppcc specialist. Find critical and potential problems that may affect SOP and take action to fix and correct. Report activities daily to manager. Conduct trials and follow-up countermeasure activities. Monitor drawing release through GPS and distribute to team or attach to request for quote (RFQ). Tracing and implementing of engineering change instructions (ECI). Maintain awareness and understand the roles and responsibilities regarding the environmental policies, management system, and objectives and targets by attending the required training. Perform all tasks in accordance with the EMS procedures and practices and minimize the impact of their activities on the environment. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis job has no supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Strong problem resolution skills, along with customer service and team orientation skills. Ability to work well with others in a team environment. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or GED equivalent. COMMUNICATION SKILLSAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Clear, concise written and verbal skills and problem solving skills required. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of team members. TECHNICAL SKILLSComputer proficiency with MS Office products, particularly MS Project, Excel and Word. MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. REASONING ABILITYAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED WORK HOURSThis is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
