Foreman
Electrical Foreman We are looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on commercial and industrial electrical construction projects.This role is responsible for managing day-to-day site activity, supervising electricians and apprentices, coordinating materials, reading drawings, planning work, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.The ideal candidate will have strong field leadership experience, a solid understanding of electrical systems, and the ability to keep crews productive while working closely with project managers, superintendents, general contractors, and other trades.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise electrical crews on site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.Read and interpret drawings, specifications, blueprints, and project schedules.Plan daily and weekly work activities, assign tasks, and monitor crew productivity.Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and manpower requirements.Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, safety standards, and project requirements.Support installation of electrical systems including conduit, wire, panels, switchgear, lighting, power distribution, low-voltage systems, and related equipment.Identify and resolve field issues quickly, escalating major problems when required.Maintain a safe jobsite and enforce company safety policies.Track progress, report updates, and communicate effectively with project leadership.Mentor apprentices and junior electricians, helping develop field talent.RequirementsPrevious experience as an Electrical Foreman, Lead Electrician, or senior field electrician.Strong commercial or industrial electrical construction background.Ability to read drawings, manage crews, and plan work effectively.Good knowledge of NEC and electrical installation standards.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to coordinate with project managers, superintendents, general contractors, and other trades.OSHA certification preferred.Journeyman Electrician license preferred, depending on state and project requirements.Ideal CandidateA strong field leader who can take ownership of a jobsite, keep crews moving, maintain quality, and solve problems before they slow the project down.Someone hands-on, organized, safety-focused, and respected by the electricians around them.Compensation:$60/hr20% Bonus$100-$150 per diem
