Inspector

Description: CCA inspector 1st Shift - Uses predetermined methods, inspection operations and prescribed specifications to visually inspect solder and conformal coating of circuit card assemblies IAW IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001 requirements. Role will incorporate use of drawings and written inspection instructions. Use of various measuring devices (dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales, etc) to 100% visually inspect circuit card assemblies to manufacturing and industry specifications including IPC and related reference documents and standards.Basic qualifications include the following:- Must be able to work under a microscope for long periods of time (up to 10Hrs)- Must be able to sit at work station for long periods of time- Must have prior experience visually inspecting solder connections, for both SMT and Thru hole applications in accordance with IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001 requirements.- Must be able to identify non-conformances per applicable documentation, specifications.- Minimum 2 year of experience performing visual solder Inspection on CCA's .- Minimum 1 year experience inspecting conformal coating on CCA's- Must have good attention to detail, be Quality and process oriented with a zero defect mindset, proficient at interpreting drawings, diagrams, parts lists, navigating and understanding IPC standards, revision control, reference documents and work instructions.- Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills- Proficient with Personal Computers.-Interface effectively and diplomatically with all levels of operations when addressing quality defects.Custom Fields:Name: Allow ExpensesValue: NoName: Specialized atlas training commentsValue: NoneName: Work ScheduleValue: 4/10-1st ShiftName: Does this role require access to ECI informationValue: NoName: Safety-SensitiveValue: NoName: OT StatusValue: non-ExemptName: Does this require any specialized atlas training?Value: NoName: Opportunity for FTE HireValue: YesName: Security ClearanceValue: NoneName: Security Clearance CommentsValue: NoneName: Auto TimeValue: Auto TimeName: Per DiemValue: NoName: Worksite ClassificationValue: Worker will work Onsite Full Time
