You'll be behind the camera, in the edit suite, and everywhere in between — producing scroll-stopping content that captures who RYSE is and where we're going. This is a hands-on, for someone who's equally comfortable on set and in post-production, quick turnarounds and fast paced environments.What You'll DoShoot and edit photo and video content for social media, marketing campaigns, product launches, and internal useEdit footage using industry-standard tools (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve,Retouch and color-grade photos using Lightroom, Photoshop, or similarCollaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align content with brand visionMaintain and organize a library of assets, footage, and templatesStay on top of visual trends and bring fresh ideas to the tableOccasionally support live events, activations, and behind-the-scenes coverageWhat We're Looking For2–4 years of experience in photo/video production and editing (in-house, agency, or freelance)Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content — social, brand, product, lifestyleProficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)Solid photo editing skills (Adobe Lightroom / Photoshop)A good eye for composition, lighting, color, and storytellingAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyCollaborative attitude with a self-starter mindsetMotion graphics experience (After Effects) is a bonusNice to HavesExperience with drone operation or gimbal workAnimation or motion design skillsFamiliarity with content for paid media / adsWhy You’ll Love Working at RYSE:Be part of a fast-growing brand in the fitness and wellness space.
