Senior DevOps Engineer - Linux, Containers, Cloud

We are seeking engineers who wish to grow their careers and want to become part of a *technically strong* and *growth-oriented *company focused on bringing *innovative solutions *to the difficult mission problems facing our customers. *Description* We are seeking a DevOps Engineer who will be responsible for system administration, maintenance, upgrades, installation, test, integration, and configuration of VLP/LF/MF/HF/VHF/UHF/Wireless SIGINT survey, collection and geo-location systems and software to include prototypes, development, operational testing, test, and labs systems and products. *Clearance* A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position. *Experience* Twelve (12) years' experience with software and system deployments, Linux system admin, containerization, cloud deployments, DevSecOps; Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science; or may substitute four (4) years' experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree; or may substitute two (2) years' experience with MS in Engineering or CS. Required skills: * Performing network services from network design through implementation, maintenance, and upgrading of existing networks * LAN/CAN/WAN administration * Experience with both Arista and Cisco network devices * Configuring and optimizing the network to connect various front-end and back-end components * Designing solutions, integrating, configuring, deploying, testing and providing ongoing maintenance for numerous types of network devices * Strong Linux (RHEL/CentOS) administration and troubleshooting. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Bash * Experience building and maintaining pipelines with tools like Jenkins or GitLab. Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) using Ansible or Terraform * Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for software deployment. Manage and configure Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security * Experience with management and monitoring of hybrid cloud/virtualized environments * Willing to travel for information system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting * Recent experience within the last three (3) years in Kubernetes. * Recent experience within the last three (3) years in cluster orchestration * Recent experience within the last three (3) years containerization * Be available for 24/7 call-in support for operational system critical discrepancies * Active IAT II CWIP / DoD 8570 compliant cert (i.e., Security+) AND CCNA certification *Benefits* Erias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits.
