Strong knowledge of HVAC installation best practices, local codes, and safety regulations? Proven ability to manage and train installation teams? Excellent communication and leadership skills? Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively? Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM preferred?
