New Jersey Housing Specialist

A company is looking for a Housing Specialist to support community-based housing for MLTSS/SNP/Medicaid Members. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a housing strategy for MLTSS/SNP/Medicaid members Identify and manage resources for housing options and assist members in securing appropriate housing Provide education and support to staff regarding housing resources and complete required reports Required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED required Three years of experience assisting vulnerable populations in securing housing Two years of experience in a public agency or social service field Familiarity with public and private housing resources and Medicare/Medicaid Knowledge of Managed Long Term Services and Supports (MLTSS)
