Banker

Role Overview: The Banker is responsible for deposits, accounts receivable, and incoming wire transfers. This role requires attention to detail, positive and professional communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and post daily deposits for all PMG locations. Post all incoming funding/CITs (Contracts In-Transit)/incoming wires. Finalize wholesale parts invoices, process refunds, post all payments and process deposits. Post all incoming accounts receivable payments. Receipt in all wholesale vehicle payments and process deposits. Ensure that department metrics and goals are met. Process online parts payments. Process and post all lender reserve monthly statements. Process and mail monthly accounts receivable statements. Issue past due vendor list to Accounting Manager by the 15th of each month. Be punctual. Provide excellent internal and external relationship skills. Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals. All other duties assigned by the Capping Manager. Experience Requirements: Must have, at minimum, 1 year of general automotive accounting experience. Computer and communication skills must be at an intermediate level. Employee must have attention to detail. Employee must be able to read, write, understand and speak English. Physical Demands: Employee must be able to sit for long periods of time. Use their hands to handle control or feel objects, tools, or controls. Repeat the same movements for 7 hours a day at minimum. Occasionally need to lift boxes up to 30 lbs. Occasional bending, walking, and mobility will be necessary. Supervisory: N/A
