Brief DescriptionStuller's Sales team plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by developing innovative strategies connecting with customers and elevating their business potential. The team is focused on delivering personalized solutions, building lasting partnerships, and contributing to the overall success and expansion of Stuller’s offerings.The Sales Operations Project Manager supports customer-specific initiatives for Stuller’s strategic partners by coordinating cross-functional projects in support of Business Directors and the Proactive Sales team. This role serves as a central liaison between customers, sales, and internal teams to ensure projects are planned, executed, and delivered successfully.This position requires a highly organized, customer-focused individual who can manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly across teams, and drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer-requested strategic projects from intake through completionAct as a liaison between Business Directors, customers, and internal teamsOwn project timelines, deliverables, and status updates; proactively communicate risksCoordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects moving to completionSupport customer communications, updates, and deliverables in partnership with SalesGather and document project requirements including forecasts, pricing, and timelinesManage samples, initial buys, and ongoing order support as neededMaintain accurate project documentation and updates in SalesforceEnsure customer-facing materials align with Stuller brand standardsSupport forecasting, contracts, rebates, and reporting for strategic accountsBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience3+ years of project or program management experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational, communication, and prioritization skillsProven ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomesPreferred QualificationsCustomer-focused mindset with high attention to detailAbility to manage changing priorities and meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce or CRM experience SummaryStuller is the jewelry industry's largest manufacturer, supplier, and technology developer in North America.
