Keep reading - this opportunity may be for you! We’re seeking a motivated, outgoing, and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, learning innovative technology, and helping medical practices improve their workflow, efficiency, and billing processes. What You’ll Do Prospect and generate new opportunities through high-volume cold calls, emails, and warm leads Connect with prospective clients and introduce OpenPM Qualify leads and gather key information to support the sales process Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activities Schedule follow-up conversations, and schedule product demonstrations Partner with Sales Representatives to help move opportunities forward What We’re Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented mindset Ability to confidently engage with prospects and uncover business needs Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets) Medical billing knowledge or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Sales, customer service, healthcare, or medical billing experience preferred We are only accepting applicants from the following states: Ohio, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Indiana, Maryland, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Washington.
