Our focus is simple: deliver products that perform at the highest level in real-world conditions, whether that’s racing, testing, or everyday riding.We operate a hybrid model across direct-to-consumer and dealer networks, with a strong emphasis on rider experience, service, and field support.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Performance Support Technician to support product testing, racing, events, dealers, and customers in real-world environments.This is a hands-on, field-driven role. You’ll work directly on bikes, support riders and dealers, and help diagnose and resolve issues quickly, often under pressure and in dynamic environments.You will also play a key role in educating and enabling our dealer network through hands-on technical training and support.This is a mid-level role with strong growth potential for someone who wants to deepen their technical expertise and play a key role in building a high-performance brand from the ground up.What You’ll DoSupport product testing and validation (internal and field)Provide mechanical and diagnostic support at races, events, and media shootsAssist dealers with technical troubleshooting and service supportConduct dealer technical training (in-person and remote), including product setup, diagnostics, and service best practicesSupport escalated customer issues beyond standard customer servicePerform bike builds, setup, tuning, and repairs (motorcycles and e-bikes)Work closely with engineering and product teams to report issues and feedbackMaintain detailed service logs, test notes, and issue trackingManage demo fleet prep, maintenance, and logisticsTravel to events, dealers, and test locations (~50% travel)What We’re Looking ForCore SkillsStrong mechanical experience with motorcycles and/or bicyclesProven diagnostic and troubleshooting abilityExperience with electric drivetrains (preferred)Ability to work independently in fast-paced, real-world environmentsRider ProfileConfident and capable rider (off-road / MTB / moto)Comfortable testing and evaluating product performanceSoft SkillsPersonable and professional, comfortable working with customers, dealers, and athletesAbility to teach and communicate technical concepts clearly to dealer technicians and customersClear communicator (technical and non-technical)Highly organized with strong attention to detailSelf-starter with a problem-solving mindsetNice to HaveExperience in racing, events, or demo programsBackground working with dealer networks or OEMsExperience conducting technical training or workshopsFamiliarity with diagnostic tools, software, or CAN-based systemsExperience supporting media shoots or brand activationsRequirementsBased in Austin, TXWillingness to travel ~50%Valid driver’s licenseAbility to lift and work on motorcycles and bicyclesAbility to work weekends and events as neededCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensationBenefits packageOpportunity to grow within a fast-moving, performance-driven companyWhy This Role MattersThis role sits at the intersection of product, brand, and customer experience.
