Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator with 35 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. This role will support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong communication skills, and has a passion for delivering operational excellence in recruiting. Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple departments, managing complex calendars and logistics Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to ensure alignment and timely movement of candidates through the pipeline Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Prepare and distribute offer letters and onboarding documentation Assist with background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment processes Track recruiting metrics and generate reports as needed (time-to-fill, pipeline activity, etc.) Support employer branding initiatives, including job board postings and coordination of recruitment events Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable employment laws and regulations QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 35 years of experience in HR and/or Talent Acquisition, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, iCIMS, Workday, Lever) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates Experience supporting multi-location or high-growth organizations Familiarity with HRIS systems and onboarding platforms Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices Attention to detail Time management and prioritization Communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving ability Customer service mindset Adaptability in a fast-paced environment Additional InformationBenefits: Competitive Annual Salary ($50k-$55k) 401k Employer Match Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Plans Company Paid Life and AD&D Insurance Commuter Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Nationwide Employee Discount Program Full Training & Growth Opportunities Professional and personal development for the right person there is opportunity for the role to grow in responsibility Evolution is a market-leading developer and provider of products and services for online casino entertainment.
