The ideal candidate will help bring our client’s mission-driven brand to life across channels, from educational fact sheets and healthcare provider materials to social media, digital campaigns, event collateral, and presentation design. This role blends hands-on production excellence with conceptual creative thinking. You should have strong instincts for clean, modern visual communication and the technical rigor required for regulated healthcare environments.This is a full-time position with benefits, 8 month contract position for a remote worker within the United States in PST, MT or CST timezones (required).What you will be doing:Design and produce marketing and communication materials across formats, including:Fact sheets, brochures, and educational materialPaid and organic social contentPresentation decks and sales enablement toolsDigital display ads, email graphics, and banner creativeEvent and environment visuals (booth graphics, signage)Collaborate with creative, copy, marketing, and medical teams to uphold brand consistency.Prepare production-ready files and support print execution (color, bleeds, die lines, press-ready PDFs)Translate complex scientific/clinical information into clear, accurate visual communicationsSupport brand evolution by contributing fresh creative ideas, layouts, and visual explorationMaintain organized file structures, version control, and compliant best practicesWhat You Bring:2–5 years of design experience (in-house healthcare/tech or agency preferred)Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)Experience in Figma for collaboration and component-based systemsExperience with AI-assisted creative workflows (image generation, ideation, templates)Basic HTML/CSS familiarity for digital creative and QAExperience with medical or highly technical subject matterPackaging design experienceUnderstanding of accessibility and inclusive designStrong craft in layout, typography, color, and brand systemsProficiency in production standards for print and digitalWorking knowledge of motion graphics tools (After Effects or similar)Ability to manage feedback from diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced and highly regulated spaceProficiency in the use of AsanaCuriosity, collaboration, and comfort shifting between fast iterative work and detail-rich final executionBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)Our Benefits:Competitive compensation commensurate with experienceFull Healthcare Package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, long-term disability insurance, life and AD&D insuranceFlexible paid time offPaid holidays401k & Company MatchLearning & Development StipendEmployee Referral BonusChannel Impact is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
