The Analytics Manager plays a critical role in the Analytics pod, ensuring partner and company success, leading the development of Audience First marketing strategies, flawless campaign execution, and sophisticated testing plans. The Pod’s main objective is finding trends within data and providing insights to partners to help them achieve their marketing goals. The Analytics Manager will be responsible for coaching and guiding their team of Analysts to success. The position requires an individual who is business savvy to understand and advance partner marketing goals, a technical mind with the attention to detail and patience to troubleshoot within the latest analytical platforms, and a desire to lead a team making a big impact in the marketing industryMajor ResponsibilitiesThe Analytics Manager will have 4-6 analytics direct reports to provide support, guidance, and coachingLead partner engagement for assigned accountsProactively monitor partner campaign performance, assist the team in monitoring their assigned campaigns, and make necessary optimizations with minimal managerial oversightMaintain accurate partner-facing and internal detailed reporting for optimization, utilizing Looker Studio for visualizationOversee partners’ budgets to ensure campaign spend is within the targeted range while maintaining performance goalsEmphasis on maintaining partner data collection, aggregation, and reportingAdhoc partner analysis as needed, including root cause/deep dive analysis, insights, and providing recommendations as part of ongoing optimization effortsAs necessary, liaise with partners to share information in order to drive and support a successful campaignLead the data storytelling for partner presentation decksWhile data aggregation and automation is available for dashboarding, regular work within platforms like Google Ads, BingAds, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Meta is required for reporting and optimization purposesWork cross functionally with the Marketing team to track partner campaign goalsContribute and lead in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-based environmentExperience in data management (Excel, Gsheets) and DataStudio is expected, or similar data management or visualization platform knowledge (Tableau, Looker, Excel)Regularly check-in with partners, acting as an extension of their team and trusted partner leading them to successAssist and lead in maintaining and improvement internal processesAdditional data management/SQL experience is a plusRequirementsCANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:8+ years experience with digital media, business intelligence, and/or web analytics to grow as a member of a results-driven team, learning and leveraging media optimization and data analysis to achieve partner goals.1+ year of management experienceOptimizing media coming from media platforms such as Meta Ads, Google adsIdeal candidate enjoys problem solving, is data curious, a power user in spreadsheets(Excel/Google sheets), enjoys data visualization, and can jump into any data platform with minimal oversightShould have a working knowledge and understanding of a combination (2-3) of the below platforms or technologies:Reporting/analysis of online marketing channels (Meta, DCM, Google Ads, etc.)Reporting/segmentation within either Adobe Analytics or Google AnalyticsExperience with BI/report platforms like PowerBI, Tableau, Domo, Datorama, Google Cloud, DataStudioExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExtremely organized with great attention to detailExcellent ability to analyze information and think systematicallyThorough understanding of the company's business processes and the industry at largeEducation & Experience6+ years relevant experience1+ years of management experienceBachelors degree in Business, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Computer and Information Science required; Masters degree preferred.Physical RequirementsPeriods sitting at a desk and monitoring computer (we have ergonomic sit stand desks)What does Net Conversion have to offer?!Competitive SalaryPaid medical at the base tier for the employee onlyMedical, Dental, Vision optionsUnlimited PTO60% Employer Covered STD Paid Parental leave after 1 years of serviceCritical Illness, Cancer, Hospital, and Life coverages4% 401k MatchHybrid work from schedule for those employees in our Orlando FL, Chicago IL or Charlotte, NC officeWellness InitiativesSummer Fridays (office closes at 2pm)Pet Benefits3, 5 & 10 year anniversary milestone giftsNet Conversion does not discriminate based upon race, religion, color, national origin, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, transgender status, sexual stereotypes, age, status as a protected veteran, status as an individual with a disability, or other applicable legally protected characteristics.
