Job Description Role:Mirth/HL7 Developer/EngineerLocation: Philadelphia, PAJob Description:Design, develop, test, and implement HL7 interfaces.Detailed working knowledge and hands - on experience with HL7 V2.x and V3.x interfaces.Worked on different HL7 message types like Admit Discharge Transfer (ADT), Results (ORU)Working knowledge in XML, CCD and CDA. Good understanding of HIPAA rules.Familiar with healthcare IT standards such as LOINC, ICD-9/ICD-10, SNOMED.Developed test cases including unit, integration, and user acceptance, validating the HL7message data as per the business requirements and ensuring all proper translation done.Manage the high availability clustered environment of Mirth serversConfigure and make necessary changes to Mirth servers, perform upgrade of the Mirth product,remediate security findings, troubleshoot performance issues, monitor inbound feedsSupport QA/UAT and postproduction stabilization activitiesSupport and make enhancements to existing Mirth applications to ensure high availability of Mirth based applicationsWorked on Real-time (TCP/IP, VPN) and Batch (FTP/SFTP) Interfaces.Documents technical processes, procedures, and workflows accuratelyWebservice and API calls from MirthTwo-way SSL protocolDatabase queries (Oracle, SQL Server)
