Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, verify dosages, and document in the electronic health record with accuracy. Monitor vital signs, identify changes in condition, and respond to routine and emergent medical needs during night shifts. Assist with triage, basic wound care, wound dressings, and ongoing patient education while maintaining patient privacy and safety. Coordinate with physicians, physician assistants, nursing colleagues, and on-site security to ensure safe and compliant care delivery. Apply infection control protocols, manage charting and medication reconciliation, and uphold confidentiality and safety standards.
