Apply via Dice today!Job DescriptionInspiration Global is seeking a Senior SAP Concur Functional Consultant to lead the endtoend assessment, design, configuration, and rollout of SAP Concur solutions. This role will own stakeholderled discovery, requirements definition, fitgap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment planning, ensuring alignment between business requirements and standard SAP Concur capabilities.The consultant will act as the primary functional authority across Concur Travel, Expense, Request, Expense Pay, and Credit Card integrations, working closely with Finance, HR, IT, and integration teams to define scope, identify gaps, estimate effort, and support a successful implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead stakeholderled discovery workshops and document business requirementsUnderstand and assess AsIs processes, including travel booking, expense flows, corporate cards, approvals, reimbursement, and localizationPerform fitgap analysis between business requirements and standard SAP Concur functionalityMap requirements to Concur modules: Travel, Expense, Request, Expense Pay, and Credit CardsConfigure SAP Concur solutions in line with approved requirements and policiesSupport and execute functional testing and UAT, including defect resolutionIdentify license/BOM requirements (modules, user volumes, card feeds, optional features)Define integration scope with S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, cost objects, card feeds, payments, and middlewareProduce assessment deliverables: scope definition, fitgap analysis, effort estimates, and implementation timelineRequired Experience8+ years of SAP Concur functional consulting experienceStrong expertise in Concur Travel, Expense, Request, Expense Pay, and corporate card integrationsProven experience leading requirements gathering and fitgap assessmentsSolid understanding of Finance, T&E policies, compliance, audit, and controlsExperience working with SAP S/4HANA integrationsPreferred QualificationsSAP Concur certificationsWhy Join Inspiration Global?At Inspiration Global, we deliver innovative integration and digital transformation solutions.
