This could include seizure management, g-tube feedings, management of students with diabetes, and respiratory needs requiring suctioning with or without a tracheostomy. RN will be working within a team of teachers, paraeducators, OT/PT and speech pathologists.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct service and emergency treatment to students in our summer school programFollow related Health PlansCommunication with parents and staff regarding medical issuesRespond to daily building-based nursing needsRequired Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesExperience delivering services to pediatric population preferredExperience collaborating with colleaguesExperience reading IEPs and Health PlansCurrent CPR certificationQualificationsState of Illinois Nursing LicensureApplication ProcedureApply online.
