We are backed by some of the best venture firms inthe world (Maveron, Khosla Ventures, Mars) and are building a world-class team together totransform the consumer health industry as we know it.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly creative, business-minded designer to join our team and help shapehow Pacagen shows up to the world across every consumer touchpoint.This is not a traditional execution-only design role. You will work at the intersection ofdesign, marketing, and brand, translating science into compelling, conversion-drivencreative that resonates with real people. You'll be involved in everything from performancemarketing and product storytelling to packaging and brand systems.We're looking for someone who doesn't just make things look good, but understands whysomething works. Someone who can think from a consumer lens, has strong taste, and isexcited to take ownership over how a brand looks, feels, and performs as it scales.The right person will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, bring a high level of craft,and be motivated by the opportunity to meaningfully shape the creative direction of agrowing portfolio of brands.ResponsibilitiesCreate high-performing creative across digital ads, social, email, landing pages, and product detail pagesTranslate marketing goals and customer insights into clear, compelling visual storytellingPartner closely with marketing and growth teams to iterate on creative that drives conversion and engagementContribute to and evolve brand systems across multiple touchpoints, ensuring consistency and claritySupport packaging, product launches, and campaign development from concept through executionBring proactive ideas on how to improve creative performance, brand perception, and customer experience Stay deeply attuned to trends in design, consumer brands, and digital marketing, applying insights thoughtfullyQualificationsStrong portfolio demonstrating both design craft and marketing thinking (not just aesthetics)Ability to think strategically about creative. understands audience, messaging, and conversionProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)Experience designing for digital channels, especially performance marketing, is a strong plusClear communicator who can articulate design decisions and collaborate cross-functionallyHighly detail-oriented with a strong sense of taste and qualityComfortable operating in ambiguity and moving quicklySelf-motivated, curious, and constantly looking to improveMotion, 3D, or emerging tools (AI, etc.) are a plusWho You AreYou think like both a designer and a marketerYou care about how things perform, not just how they lookYou have strong opinions, loosely heldYou're intellectually curious and want to understand the "why" behind everythingYou're excited by the idea of building and shaping brands from the ground upWhy work with us?We're building a new kind of consumer biotech company, combining cutting-edge science with best-in-class branding and storytelling.
