Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Improvement Salesman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting our home improvement products and services, and closing sales to meet or exceed your assigned sales targets.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a strong network of potential customersGenerate leads and referrals through various marketing and networking activitiesEducate customers on the benefits and features of our products and servicesPrepare and deliver sales proposals and presentationsClose sales and negotiate agreements with customersProvide excellent customer service and follow-up with customers after the saleRequirements:Minimum of 1 year of experience in home improvement salesProven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationshipsValid driver&#39;s license and reliable transportationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsIf you are a driven, results-oriented sales professional with a passion for home improvement, we want to hear from you. You will start with learning and understanding our sales and construction management technologies.OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: Has been involved with residential remodeling industry for a minimum of 1 year OR minimum of 1 years of residential home improvement sales experience.
