Counter Sales - Plumbing Supplies

Job Duties:Sells items to customer and handles returns and credits Must be versed or willing to learn all three departments, HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing Assists customers who are unsure of desired items in making correct selection Displays or demonstrates products using items, our catalog or literature Warehouse duties including pulling orders, keeping shelves clean Excellent communication skills; communicates with customers on account status Researches items or delivery dates by contacting reps or consulting catalogs or other product literature to meet customer requirements Develops pricing quotes and picks or expedites orders as needed Handles in-person or phoned customer transactions at the sales counter Previous industry/installation experience Some shared office housekeeping duties Why choose us?
