Position SummaryPosition SummaryProvide analytics, business intelligence, and process improvement consulting for Compensation within Human Resources Total Rewards. Develop advanced analysis, reports, forecasts, and models related to compensation and workforce metrics for Orlando Health. Translate complex data from multiple sources into strategic, actionable insights, dashboards, and tools to support HR and workforce decision-making.Essential FunctionsDocument and standardize compensation processes, methodologies, and workflowsDevelop standard operating procedures to support best practices and continuous improvementBuild custom dashboards, reports, and workflow improvements using tools such as Power BI and Power AutomateReview current processes and recommend workflow improvementsCreate templates to standardize and streamline common compensation requestsPartner with leaders and the Compensation team on market pricing and staffing alignment modelsAnalyze trends in market and workforce data to support compensation and workforce decisionsCreate and maintain job codes and pay plans aligned with enterprise, regional, and departmental structuresCollaborate with subject matter experts on compensation-related data reportingConsult with stakeholders to assess analytics needs and recommend appropriate strategies and analysesEstablish and maintain standard definitions for compensation data metricsMaintain the compensation data structure and dashboardsManipulate data from multiple sources to support recurring and ad hoc reportingProvide training and support to users reviewing dashboards and reportsPartner with HRIS and HR teams to improve data management and analytics capabilitiesMaintain regular and punctual attendance and comply with all Orlando Health policiesEducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (required)Certifications (Preferred)SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCPHRCI PHR or SPHRWorldatWork CCPLean Six Sigma Green Belt or higherExperience3–5 years of experience in Compensation, Workforce Analytics, Finance, HR, or Process ImprovementExperience within healthcare or a similarly complex environment preferredAdvanced Excel skills requiredExperience with Power BI and Power Automate preferredFamiliarity with Compensation and HRIS-related workflows
