As an AT&T Representative, you'll be the trusted advisor for every account you manage, providing ongoing support and proactive recommendations. The AT&T Representative's ability to listen and respond to each account's unique needs will create opportunities and lasting loyalty. Core Functions of the AT&T Representative Handle account setups with care, ensuring every detail is right so customers are confident and excited about their new AT&T services Build connections with customers to understand their connectivity needs and introduce AT&T wireless and internet solutions that fit their lives Walk customers through choosing the right plans and devices, making the sales process feel like a conversation with a trusted advisor rather than a transaction Stay in touch with your accounts long after the sale, checking in to ensure satisfaction and spotting opportunities to help them grow with AT&T. Education & Experience Needed for the AT&T Representative High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in sales or account support is a plus but not required since it is Entry level. A practical understanding of mobile technology and home connectivity.
